Factory Vending understands that your Business is your biggest investment.  That's why we treat every business program with the care we would expect as if it were our very own.  Every machine we sell is our signature and we don't take that lightly. 

Everyone wants to tell you they have a great warranty.  What good is a warranty if the company goes out of business?

I look for Vending companies that not only have solid warranties but have a track record of being in business for at least 10 years.  Factory Vending is backed by a 52 year old manufacturing company.

A strong warranty is only as good as the strength of the company.  This protects both me and my customers from possible problems or loss of income by having to replace or fix faulty vending machines. 

1.  Our warranty is a **lifetime warranty against any defects in the machines parts. Simply return the broken part to us, and we will replace the part immediately. ( Customer is responsible for shipping costs, subject to availability* )

2.  Warranty is valid on defective parts only, Vandalized parts are not covered. Normal wear is not covered. 

Regardless of our impressive credentials, we still make vending machines the "old-fashioned way". All of our products are manufactured by American workers, on American soil, using American-made materials and equipment, in American-owned plants.
